Can I just say ... where has this book been all my life?

Thank you ladies for recommending "Taking Charge of your Fertility" here on the board and on the TTCAL blog. I'm only a few chapters in, but already I can tell it will change everything!

Oh lordy. 

P.S. If you haven't read this book, you must stop what you are doing and hunt it down immediately.

    Agreed. It's the TTC bible and I had no idea how many clues your body can give you if you pay attention.

    I love it too.

    Except for the natural family planning method, which to me says "Have sex whenever you want....well, except for those days of the month when you most want to have sex.  Then avoid it at all costs".  How, exactly, is that empowering to women???

    I thought the book said that FAM and NFP were two different things? I've only read a few chapters though.

    MUST GET THIS BOOK!!  I asked for an Amazon giftcard for my birthday at the end of the month so I'll have to wait and see Smile
