How much diaper-free time do you give your LO?

Lately DS has been getting a lot of diaper rash and I haven't switched his diapers so I'm just wondering if he needs more air time.  I try to give him at least a half hour a day even though he pees all over the house.  Just wondering how much diaper-free time everyone else gives their LO?  Or how much we are supposed to be giving them?

Luckily, LO has never really had bad diaper rash and I've NEVER let him run around with no diaper on. I guess he just never needed it. The little rashes he's gotten were gone with Desitin.

None, because he'd pee.

We hardly ever do naked time, because DS will pee all over the place.  He gets a minute or two while we're filling up his bath but that's it.

Just a minute or two in the bathroom before his bath. Otherwise no naked time because he pees.  Even when he had that bad rash (yeast rash) last month.

Yeah I remember that Robyn, glad it's over!  Well, from the responses it looks like I'm the only one who's willing to let my kid pee all over the house (we don't have carpeting so it's easy to clean up)...and I was feeling guilty because I didn't think I was giving him enough air time!

DS gets about 15 minutes every night after his bath. He lives for that 15 minutes. Occasionally he does pee on the carpet, but I stick pretty close to him so I can sop it up as soon as it happens.

We don't do it anymore b/c she would pee all over the place. We did it when she was little and could be contained to one area (before she started crawling). 

Desitin usually works on her diaper rashes pretty quickly.

DD only gets about 5 minutes while we are getting her bath ready and filling up the humidifiers in hers and our rooms. she just runs around upstairs naked laughing.

None at all... we just make sure we use diaper rash cream on DD every single time we change her diaper, we make sure poopy diapers are changed immediately and any diaper never stays on her for more than 3 hours (except overnights of course)
