It's ridiculous how bitter I am!

So my anatomy scan was canceled because of snow on Monday.  The doctor's office is closed today and I have tried calling and the phones aren't working either.  I am a teacher and I already got the call that we will not be having school tomorrow either, so most likely my doctor will be closed again.  At this point, I will be lucky to have my anatomy scan by the end of the month.

That being said, I am so bitter and selfish about this that I can't even open any of the posts on this board that have the words "anatomy scan," "it's a" or "we are team" in them.   So, to the ladies who found out they are having healthy boys and girls since Monday, I will congratulate you here!

Oh, hey, you're in SC. You must be in the upstate, we're back at work today down here in Charleston. Hope you can get that rescheduled ASAP! I don't even get to schedule mine until tomorrow, so I'm getting impatient too!

I am sorry your scan was canceled.  I hope they can reschedule it soon.  BTW I don't think you are being selfish or bitter.  I have to go back in February because LO would not cooperate at my anatomy scan.  We missed one heart measurement and the gender.  I told a bunch of people we were going to find out the gender and every time someone asks I want to cry.  I hate the gender reveal posts because that was supposed to be me last week.
