Help make me sexy!!

LOL!  I'm getting a hair cut at the end of the month, not because I'm doing the "mom" thing, but cause I am losing SOOO much hair because of postpartum hormones, my ends are getting stringy and way to thin, so my long hair has to go for now. :0(
Right now it's below my mid-back, Im looking to go the collar-bone/top of shoulder region, not shorter though.
Help me find pics of nice hair that length!  Criteria:
*Wash and wear for the most part (looks good not curled, etc)
*Kinda choppy, not "perfect and even" looking
* I like the sweeping bangs look (I have no idea if Im explaining that right!)

I have shoulder length hair with smaller layers in it and sweeping bangs right now and love it. It is wash and wear but also looks great when I actually fix it. My bangs were clipped back in this pic.

Mine is cut like Doyous with a 45 degree cut at the bottom the same exact way love it!!
