Should I/Would you take LO to pedi?

Twoish weeks ago DD had her 9 month appt and we discovered an ear infection. She had a cold or runny nose rather, and goopy eyes. No fever. The first Rx didn't work. 2 days later we were back in the office due to 103 fever. Rx #2 caused the allergic reaction. Rx #3 seemed to work. Eyes and nose were better. Now two days ago her eyes started again Her nose is really runny/stuffy. She isn't sleeping. She is likely teething also as there is a steady stream of drool running down her chin. I don't want to be "that" mom but I'm wondering if the Rx didn't work all the way or if she has another ear infection. WWPALD?
