I faxed in my form about a week ago, and I have not heard anything from them. Do you get an e-mail or do you just wait for the card to come in the mail?

you dont hear anything and you have no idea if they got it or if it went through.

thats what happened to me when I tried signing up for direct deposit. apparently it didnt go through and it took me more than 2 months to get paid.

I faxed my form in on Monday & they sent me an email with my account information yesterday.  I have not received the debit card yet - but the email said it would take 7-10 days.  (I  sent a copy of my drivers license with the form, not sure if that makes a difference or not.)
