I just came over here looking for ChaCha help, and YES!, I'm having issues with my social security number. It says "Social Security Number already exists". I'm guessing it's because it took forever and a decade for that page to load so I hit refresh. It says to contact customer service, so I sent an email on Saturday and haven't heard back.
I did not have issues with the bank account part.

Okay, so that 800 number is a joke. It's all automated, so after being routed to the same starting point 4 times, I pushed 0 hoping to get a live person. Wrong. It sent me to voicemail! For a company who's idea is to have LIVE people behind the answers, I find it interesting that they have NO LIVE people manning the phone.
