I was googling about O+12 and came across this article. It kind of supports my theory that the EPO hindered me last month. Remember Anne's doctor talking about how we *want* inflammation in the reproductive area for ovulation? I think I'll stick with my met/clomid/prenatal only routine, at least for now. The supplements don't seem to be helping, and I'm finding more and more evidence they could be hindering.
Evening primrose oil contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an Omega-6 essential fatty acid. GLA is converted by the body into prostoglandin E1, which is a hormone-like substance that reduces inflammation.
