I know what you mean, I didn't want anything with dolls, ballet slippers or animals on it and that seems to limit your options these days.  I got our set from PBK.

Try overstocked.com  I purchased the 12 pc lavendar dragonfly dreams set by JoJo designs.  It is not too frilly and I am happy with the quality and the price.  The only bad thing is that they do not sell any of the extras that you can purchase.  If found the rest of the stuff on Amazon.  (Amazon sold the same set, but theirs only came with 9 pieces and it was the same price.)
