xp: coupons?

I live in Columbia so I thought I'd ask the DC board and this one.  Does anyone here clip coupons?  Do you know what day the local newspapers (Sun and Post) publish the most?  Or do you know if there are other sources?

The Sun's coupons usually come in the Sunday paper. If you get it delivered to your house the coupons will come in the Sunday portion that arrives on Saturday.

We get 4 weekend papers- The Sun, The Post, The Annapolis Capital and the Wall Street Journal.  The Journal is the only one that doesn't have coupons.

I believe that the Post, Sun and Capital all have the same coupon packs- though sometimes one is missing a section of coupons or other weeks it seems like one paper has double, etc. -  I used to be a big clipper, but I have stopped buying a lot of processed foods as well as conventional cleaning products which is what most coupons are for- so I couldn't tell you what is better.  

I do still flip through and clip random coupons for stuff we need- but I was finding I was buying a lot of processed food when I was couponing.
