Maybe it's a sighn (weird dream mentioned)

I haven't shared here, but I found out Friday evening that my grandma is very close to dying. They didn't expect her to make it through that night, but she's being stubborn so far.

I had a dream last night that she was rocking my baby and asked me what I named her. I told her Margaret Ethel (after her and Bill's grandma), but we were going to call her Maggie. Grandma got so mad at me and told me I better fix that name! Apparently dream Grandma grew up hating her name. She told me I needed to name her Ramona Claire instead so the baby would have a happy life.

I woke up feeling all sad, but relieved if that makes sense. Still weird though.

I'm so sorry to hear about your grandma. ((hugs)) My grandma passed away last year, and she kept making liars out of people and lasted for two weeks longer than anyone thought she would. I thought it was a fitting way for her to go out; she's a was tough woman through and through up to the end.

I definitely think your dream sounds like a sign. Fingers crossed for you!

You could be right on that. She didn't know about me even being pregnant because it would have just worried her. We call the baby I lost Hope, even though we have no clue if it was a boy or a girl. At any rate, I know she'll be rocking my angel baby in heaven just as soon as she can.

I am so sorry you are going through this! I really do believe she will be greeted by your LO when she passes and she will know exactly who your baby is! The two of them will be so full of joy and they will love each other so much. (((hugs)))

So sorry to hear about your grandmother. Hopefully your dream is a sign! I was never a big believer in dreams and signs until the loss of my LO and the loss of my SIL. But, now I have so many vivid dreams that it is hard to not believe they mean something. (((Huge Hugs)))

I thought the same thing. AND Gena, your comment about her rocking your angel baby just made me cry. It is such an awful thin to go through. losing a family member. It seems comforting though that she will be with your child. I hope she can pass peacefully, and I hope you soon will get your take home baby.

PS- I lost my Grandma 13 (!) years ago to cancer, and it still feels like it was yesterday. I hope you can your family can band together to get through this.
