I'm so happy!

I was just filling out my spreadsheet of baby expenses (lame I know, but I love looking at the numbers) and I just realized how much stuff we have been gifted, and it is so early still!  We have been given a barely used crib (B&SIL are BIG into bed sharing), a rocking chair, a bassinet, a dresser/change table, a car seat (5 years old, not sure if we'll use it or destroy it, but the thought was nice), a Baby Einstein jumpy tabely thing (the technical term ) and a bunch of other little things.  I started knocking the prices off of the page and I am so impressed about our savings.  I would love to do something for the people who were so generous to us, any ideas?

We're expecting a lot of hand-me downs as well from our siblings. For my sister, I was planning on getting her and her husband a gift card to a nice restaurant, a gift card to the movies and an offer to babysit their kids (pre-delivery). I figured they would appreciate a date night. We'll probably do something similar for DH's sisters.

That's excellent.  I don't know how crafty you are, but it would be cute (and inexpensive) if you took pics of the baby in the items they gave you and create a small scrapbook for each of them.
