Thanks so much for all the congrats! It felt great to get home from the gym and see all that.
For those who wanted to know, I have lost the weight by logging everything I eat onto Sparkpeople.com - my calorie intake is between 1500-1850 closer to 1800 on days I workout. I workout almost everyday and I try and not do the same workout more than twice a week. So I'll do Zumba, Couch to 5k, Body Pump, stationary bike, and Yoga randomly throughout the week. Also for the past month my dietitian has been having me cut way back on my sodium which has had a lot to do with it. I went from over 3000mg of sodium a day to less than 2000mg a day. And I gave up all coffee, I figured I will have to do it when I get pregnant anyway, so might as well bite the bullet now. That's pretty much it.
Thanks again!
