Sick and tired. I think AF is coming too

I just want to crawl under the covers for the day but have too much to do at work. TG I work from home and am not sharing my germs. DD had a bit of a cold this weekend, and now DH and I have wicked sore throats. 

I also feel exhausted, and my back is killing me, which seems to be my new sign that AF is coming. Oh well! Right now, I'd just give anything to make this sore throat go away and to be able to nap for the day.

    Ugh, sorry to hear that.  Hopefully some tea with lemon and lots of OTC drugs can help.  GL!!!  [c]

    I'm drinking tea right now. I should probably gargle with salt water too. If I have the energy later, I'll go get some honey and lemon, and some drugs but for now, I'm just trying to get my work done.

    I have had some bad sore throats so I feel your pain.  I had to get my tonsils out last year they were getting so bad.  Keep on drinking water (that always helped me with my sore throats) and hope you feel better soon!

    Feel better soon!  I always have back pain before and during AF.  It stinks!  Here in Texas everyone's allergies are really acting up right now.  Lots of sore throats, hoarse voices, and sniffles.  I just keep drinking green tea and taking vitamins.  Hang in there!
