What does DDC stand for?

I was invited to do a DDC Swap through diaperswappers- and I'm a newbie and don't know what DDC stands for. Embarrassed Help please! You girls are my safe place.

    Hm.... this might be it, having poked around the forum. I'm not super active on the month board over there (maybe posted like 5 times?) since I'm here mostly. I don't know if I'll do it or not, I'm more attached to the Bump than DS. :)
