The only one I've used is Yoga Mama, it's available on Netflix streaming if you have that. It's not the most challenging thing in the world, but it was pretty good.
Does anyone use at home prenatal yoga videos? can you suggest some to me? I don't feel like going half hour out to a class on monday nights.
Have you gone to a class before? I don't mean to sound like a yoga snob or anything, but I think you will notice a huge difference in what you will get out of a class vs a video. There are some days I really don't feel like getting dressed and ready and going to class, but I'm always glad I did afterward Hope you find something that works for you!

I got zenmamma yoga from the charityshop, its ok but she does talk quite a bit about things that are interesting the first time or two but after I think it will just get anoying. THey do have a music version where you dont hear the talk but the talking pauses are still there so I find it a little slow.
I will say it is hard to find a yoga cd that compares to a class and if anyone knows of a great cd then I also would love to know about it
