Hey everyone, I have been lurking for a few weeks and thought it was time to say hi. My story...had spotting at 7w5d found out @ 8w2d that it wasnt going to be a viable pregnancy. 8w6d there was no longer a heart beat. Had a D&C @ 9w1d. We are waiting for two cycles before starting TTC again. Never thought I would be so excited to get my period. Body issues(theres about 20 more but I'll just share these two for now): gained 6 pound in the last month! No exercise +x-mas=not good. Boobs are still big, HB is happy but I'm hoping with some exercise and diet they will return to normal. It sounds like all this is normal (lurking). That's about it for now. Hi again!

Welcome to the board.... Sorry about your loss. My most recent was the beginning of December and I was not allowed to exercise, I completely understand how you are feeling about exercise and diet. I just got back to the gym and need a major detox after the holidays!!

Hi Amber -- Thanks for de-lurking and making an introduction. I am sorry for your loss. There are women on this Board who have had losses at all stages of preganacy - and my loss was around the same timing as yours. I'm sorry for your loss. Welcome to the board - the ladies here are fantastic! I had to wait 2 cycles - they seemed to take forever at the time - but I did use the time to get back to my pre-pg weight and get stuff done like dentist appts and flu shots. I am sorry that you have to be here and I hope that your time here is short and sweet!

Sorry for your loss, and welcome. My timeline was very similar to yours - D&C 9w0d - and I think I gained 5 or 6 lbs in that one month of pregnancy as well, even though it didn't feel like it. I watch my weight so going from 114 to 119 is something I would otherwise notice. The weight (along with the bigger boobs) actually "corrected" itself within about 3-4 weeks without me doing a thing, so hopefully you won't have too much trouble getting the weight off. Good luck.
