I hate being confused by my cycle

Ok so "normally" (whatever that is anymore) I have medium to heavy flow for 3 days then AF takes a 2 day break and the 2 more days of light flow and/or heavy spotting. This cycle so far has been 3 days of heavy to medium flow and 2 days off, but the difference is that right now (literally 30 seconds ago) I have EWCM. UGH can't anything develop a pattern and just stick with the plan!

Ugh that is stressful!! I hear you though on not knowing what normal is anymore!!! Good luck!

I had it super early this cycle too.  I'm not even marking it in my chart because I know I'm not fertile, but I did put it in the notes section.  Last cycle I had it for 7 days before I O'd.

That is frustrating! I've never had consistant cycles in my life and this past year they were anywhere between 20-31 days so I feel your pain....I could never just stick to a plan.

BTW  I finally have my first "real" AF since my surgery in October, so I'm not sure what to expect now either. Bodies suck sometimes.

I was so relieved to see your post--I am sorry your body isn't cooperating, but mine isn't either!  granted, i'm still waiting for AF after my d & e, but the dr told me i would see it 3-4 weeks after my 2w post ob visit (after i passed the "scab" of the uterus, sorry if tmi)...4 weeks was yesterday, and i'm quite impatient b/c i would like to get this show on the road, if you know what i mean! plus i'd love to try to fit into  my old pants again once my uterus finishes shrinking!

i started temping sunday, and i saw a drop in temp tues-i was so looking forward to AF showing today!  

oh well...gotta love our bodies...maybe they'll start cooperating soon!

I hear ya I'm hating my cycle lately too. I've been on the pill for 8 years so I just don't know what normal is! I thought my first two months off were normal they were awesome and reliable plus i got preg right away! But since the miscarriage I waited what felt like forever for AF then my first reg cycle was 2 days longer than before (33 days) and this month I don't think i've even ovulated and I'm on day 23 already

for 8 years I had 28 day cycles, the first after the surgery was 28 days and the next was 27 then 35 then 25 and this last one was 27, so I don't know what the h3ll is going on from cycle to cycle! Frustrating for sure, but this EWCM thing has be even more confused!
