I used to go bottom to top but I just don't have time to catch up on all of them anymore. Now I start with the newest and read through a good amount but not all of them.

IVF with ICSI= BFP! EDD 11/25/11

Our twin boys arrived at 36w5d due to IUGR and a growth discordance
FET: Medicated FET moved up to 5/23 due to ovulation
Transferred a 6BB hatched blastocyst- genetically normal female embryo
BFP! 5/28- 5dp6dt
6/1 Beta #1- 223! 6/3 Beta #2- 567!

I've always started from the bottom up. The last couple of days I've been starting with the newer posts and then working my way down. I'm changing my MO.
I generally go bottom to top so if someone does a s/o or f/u post I'm not confused.
If I don't have a lot of time to catch up, I'll look for things that catch my eye, popular posts, etc.
This is the strategy that seems to work best for me too...
