So, my lunch break at work is in about 45 minutes, so I am going to call the doctor about this as well. I am just looking for other information before I can call. Since about 10am, I have been having really bad period like cramps. It was coming and going, so at about 10:30, I started to time them. They are averaging 8 minutes apart right now and lasting about 1-2 minutes. I'm not feeling any tightening, but they are making me rather nauseous and lightheaded. Would these be considered contractions?
Re: cramping=contractions?
I hope this is it for you.
I've had bad period-like cramps as well for the past 2 days now, but along with the cramps I am having some tightening. Nauseous and Lightheaded as well. I called my Dr.'s office this afternoon around lunchtime and they said it's very normal for this stage of the game, to keep hydrated and try to relax with my freet up. If they become timeable to call back when I'm at 5 min apart. This is my 2nd and I was induced with my first, so this "going into labor" is all very new to me if it's actually happening.
Did you call your Dr.? Curious as to what your office said. :-)
Thanks!
I've been feeling the same thing for 2 days...cramps, lightning, eye fuzzies, nausea
the consensus at work from all the ladies with kids is that I am getting close to the end but am probably just dehydrated.
