Husbands say the darnest things!

DH can always make me laugh...but sometimes he says things that are so incredibly funny when he isn't trying to be funny at all! Tonight we went on a spontaneous date night to play Mini Golf! Our first time doing this as a couple. We had a blast. On the last hole, DH decided we need to have a souveneir to commemorate our outing. He very sneakyily caught my hot pink golf ball before it disappeared down the hole! He stuffed it in his pocket and returned our clubs as if nothing had ever happened. Feeling a little rebellious, we dashed out the entrance and into the parking lot. As we got in the car he pulled out the bright pink ball and holding it up said "they probably get these in bulk and buy them cheep. We needed to keep it.....because memories never die". I started laughing hysterically! It was so cute. He was being so genuine, but hearing it from his own mouth made me giggle with delight at how cheesy he sounded over a hot pink golf ball! lol. Made my night Just had to share!!! With all the fighting lately it's been hard to remember the silly moments that make you fall in love all over again.
