Purchasing thank you cards....

Anyone know of a reasonable place to purchase them.  I want cute baby themed ones but they have to be reasonable in price.  Preferrably under $0.80 each as I have to buy enough for two showers.  Thanks!

  • As cheap as this may sound I got mine at the Dollar Tree.  They were baby themed and I got four for a buck so you can't go wrong there!

  • I bought some basic ones at Target (cute girly pink dots with thank you on cover) for 9.99 for 50 of them. Not personalized or anything, but I liked them. They had some cute ones with ducks, some with alphabets/dinosaurs and a boy version of the one i choose.

  • I got mine from Big Lots.  They also have them in bulk at WalMart, Target, and places like that.  I actually got 3 different packs of 20 each because I couldnt choose.  They were all so cute.  I used most of them ( I had a large shower) and one pack had a damask print so I saved it for last so if I didnt use them all I would have them and be able to use them as a general Thank You card for any occasion.

  • I work at Michael's and we have some really cute ones that have different colored onesies on them. It's $4.99 for a pack (I'm not sure how many are in there. I just noticed them when I was putting returns back out on the floor.) You can go on Michaels.com and print out a 50% off coupon and get them that way. They will only let you use 1 coupon per day, but you can go back a couple days in a row with the 50% coupon and get all that you need.

  • I got mine at wal mart...not personalized, but they are nice and did the job I needed them to do.  Someone that came to my shower gifted me thank you cards...odd gift, but whatever. They were ones that she made on her computer and were pink and personalized, but to me they looked cheap.  I used them to send to her ( the lady who made them) and the people that I knew she was friends with that attended my shower.  So, I guess making them on your own is always an option as well, however, it wasn't really something I was a fan of.

  • I went to Target and got a pack of 12 for $3.99.  They were the ones DH wanted, so whatever... they're really cute though!  They're gender neutral which is good for us since we're team green.  I looked on ebay too and saw some cute ones on there, but I needed them sooner than I could get them via ebay.
