7 DPO Testing?

Hi Ladies,

I've been contemplating emailing my dr. to ask if I could get 7DPO progesterone testing for when that time comes around again.  The past two cycles since my c/p my temps have been lower post-O and I've had pre-AF spotting or brownish CM 3-7 days before AF actually came.  I've heard that both of those are signs of low progesterone.  My LP has been 14 and 15 days though.  

Do you think I should ask for the test?  I don't want them to think I'm some crazy women!

    I have 7-10 day LP, and have an appt with my doctor this Wednesday to request one for this cycle. I'm not taking no for an answer! If you feel strongly, tell your doctor so.

    I would def ask her to run it! It's such an easy test to rule out possible issue, when I met my new dr it's the first test she ran before we started trying again! I would call!!

    It doesn't hurt to ask. I was sure that low progesterone was my problem because my LP is not that long and I always have at least 2 days of spotting before and after AF. Turns out, my progesterone was at 17 so I still don't know why I spot so damn much. GL!
