You should keep on them until you can speak to the RE - what a conundrum. I was on E2 and PIO until 10 weeks,and stopped cold turkey. You're probably safe in the event that you run out and can't possibly get more, but I would try to get a refill from your GP, OB, or even the pharmacist. explain the situation and they may be able to help you out.
