TTC After a Loss
Joining you ladies...
Hi there! I'm Katie. I have been lurking around for a few months, and finally decided to make my presence known! I want to say that I am sorry for all of your losses and hope we all find support, comfort, and humor here....and get our healthy, take- home babies soon! Here is my story:
DH and I began our TTC journey in Jan. of 2010 (what a difference a year makes!). I was one of the lucky ones to get a BFP on the first try. We were so happy and excited for our first little one! It was a very exciting time in general, as DH was graduating from medical school and matching into an ER residency in the spring.
Our first appointment went perfectly, and we saw the HB of our little gummy bear. At our 10 week appointment, my doctor couldn't find a HB. We scheduled a D &C for that afternoon. We were absolutely devastated, only to find out 2 weeks later that I had a partial molar pregnancy...and we would have to wait possibly a year to try again.
So here I am a year later...a new doctor, a new year, and hopefully a better outcome. My hcg levels dropped quickly and we were cleared to TTC in November. I started charting last cycle and found that, according to my temps, my LP was only 7 DAYS! So, this cycle, I have started B6 50mg daily to try to fix that.
Any ladies out there TTC after a molar pregnancy? Also any advice on the B6, or short LP?

Because of the great "Snow"vember of 2015, my medicated cycle was cancelled. However, we were blessed with our little rainbow baby due on 8/14/15! Baby J had other plans and decided to make his grand ole entrance on 7/4/2015!
Surprise! Our little girl entered this world on 12/8/2016 after her eviction notice was long past due. Our little turkey baby turned into a snow baby!
I don't have any experience with molar pregnancies or B6, but I wanted to say welcome to the board. I am so sorry for your loss. May 2011 be a much better year for you!

I've taken B6 before, but both cycles I got my BFPs so I don't have anything to really judge the lengthen LP with. I didn't take it these past few cycles and my LPs were fine so I decided to not take it anymore.
