Places to hold a BABY SHOWER on Long Island?

I am looking to host a baby shower and need some suggestions for venues.  Idealy, we need a private room (or I guess a small restaurant where we can book the whole thing) to seat about 60, lots of light, and preferably no columns running through the room (I hear they can block views).  I was looking at The Gatsby in Islip, Glen Cove Mansion, or Woodlands at Woodbury.  Please advise if you have any feedback on these places, or can recommend something else.  I greatly appreciate the help!

You can try Irish Coffee Pub in Islip (maybe it's East Islip).  They have a couple of different rooms that they use.  Also the Venitian Yacht Club has tons of windows with lots of light, but I believe there are columns.  It pretty though, with a view of Great South Bay.

The Black Forest Brew Haus in Farmingdale- the prices are good and the place is really cool- different- My family has had a few parties there- we love it!

George Washington Manor is very nice - and food is quite good. Prices are reasonable.

I agree, Irish Coffee Pub in West Islip.  Great food. Staff is great. Never an issue.  Price is quite fair.

i know that Milk and Sugar in Bay Shore holds baby showers...it's really pretty and perfect for that, but i don't know the prices.  HTH
