Looking for nanny

Hi!  I'm trying to find a good nanny to come to my Suffolk County home M-F 9:00am to 4:00pm to watch my 3 month old son while I work from my home office.  Can anyone recommend someone, or share some advice on how to find a quality nanny?

I have a 13 month old and he goes to someones home she is soooo great. We posted an add on Craigs list and got a million responses. They also had adds from nannies looking for work. There are some agencies that you can find in the yellow pages. Also backround checks can be run online you need their permission though. Good Luck:)
