Hi,
I am returning back to work August 25th and I still haven't secured a place were my 3 month old can go to day care.  I only need it for 2 days a week.  Can anyone help????

Try Care.com  You may have to fork out the $30 to join but they have loads of in home sitters registered with references and all.
