an update: just cried on my kitchen floor...

in TTC After a Loss

My DH left for China this morning - but guess what just knocked on my door? He sent me flowers before he left!  A darling bouquet of yellow flowers with a lemon tucked in is now sitting on my kitchen counter...  a lemon, freaking baby girl fertilizer (per How I Met Your Mother).  The note said 'even a half a world away I'm still by your side', *melt*.

And then it hit me, he doesn't even know that AF arrived.  Hence the meltdown that landed on the floor.

Yeah... not fighting the crying anymore.

    That is incredibly sweet of your DH. He sounds like an amazing guy. I'm sorry that you had to cry, but glad you were able to get it out. I always feel a little better after a big cry. Hopefully DH is home soon.
    6/28/10: Lost our sweet baby Addyston at 18wk 1day to pPROM 7/24/11: Michael William born at 24wk 2d due to IC after an emergent cerclage at 18wks, 4wk home BR and 2 weeks hospital BR. Grow strong our little Miracle! 9/17/11: Michael joined his sister in heaven after 8 amazing weeks with us on earth. He fought a very hard fight but NEC was too much for him in the end.
