Anyone familiar with captain's quarters on SI?

Our broker is photographing a townhouse and surroundings today.  We had a bad stroke of luck and cannot fly out before our move. I am terrified!  But it's a rental, if it's horrible, we can move in a year.  This townhouse is in Prince's Bay area... the complex is called Captain's Quarters.  The owner's son is living in it now.. moving out in perfect time for us to move in... and they will allow our cat and dog! So we're hopeful. Anyone know much about this area?   From what we've read online the stats for crime are low and the schools are ranked well.
