OK, so I am taking the 12 weeks off for FMLA once I have the baby. My company doesn't off "maternity leave". So, if everything goes well, I will be back to work at the beginning of June.
IF something were to happen, heaven forbid, like with the baby....to prevent me coming back to work after the 12 weeks, does anyone know when I would have to give my 2 week notice to still be eligible for re-hire? Would I have to give it 2 weeks before my 12 weeks were up? Is this something that differs by company?
Just trying to cover everything, never know what will happen!
