Would you call that CD1?

I finished Provera last weekend to end an annovulatory cycle. On Thursday I had some spotting and by Friday I had cramps that felt very much like AF cramps. I had very light red bleeding but never like a normal period would be.  Would you call Friday cycle day 1?

Any expereinces with a super light period after taking provera?

    CD 1 is marked by flow that requires a pad/tampon.

    I had one really light Provera-induced AF after an anov cycle. My RE said that's fine if you don't have much of a lining to shed. I'd probably call your RE or OB/GYN, though, she'll know more about your specific circumstances. And I did need a pad/tampon, but it was just really light bleeding and only lasted one day, plus some spotting the next couple of days.
