I get them too... my doctor says it's just my uterus stretching out or relaxing (I usually have them at the end of the day). According to her it's not a big deal unless they become contractions... But they still are not fun!!

It's normal, but can be concerning too. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated. That is one of the top reasons ladies end up in L&D early because of cramping/contractions.
I have been having them for a week or two now and to the point where they don't go away when I sit or lay down. My doctor gave me a side eye look and told me to be careful and stay hydrated. (Same lecture as last pregnancy)
