DH came home after a 12 hours work day last night and slept on the couch for 3 hours. I woke him up to eat, then we went to bed. I got up, he stayed in bed. I am already mad at him and he hasn't even done anything!

Mine went back to bed, which is unlike him. While he was pretty toasted last night, he thinks it's some kind of GI funk that's been going around. Which has me concerned, because he gave me lots of New Year's smooches last night. Crossing my fingers I don't get the funk.
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
Mine is not feeling too good after last night. He said to me that this morning he wanted to throw up, but hasn't yet. We usually go back to my aunt's house on NYDay but we might have to stay home if DH is still sick.
Mine is still in bed, although granted I only got up a little while ago myself.
He was a great help yesterday though, cleaning and helping gettting ready for our little party last night. Well, until he got distracted making playlists for the party, then I had to reign him back in - lol. He was a good helper with cleaning up afterwards too though, so I can not complain.

Mine went to bed about the time I got up. He stayed up watching some Star Wars movie review online as well as sports and history channel stuff, I'm sure. What a nerd!!!

Mine just went to bed after working 12 hours. But before he went to bed, I got a lecture on taking my Baby aspirin and how it could lower my BP and cause me to bleed easier. I'm know he's worried about me but couldn't he lecture me about it later, not at 6 a.m. (While I'm still sleeping).

Well my DH was a jerk last night. He was going to his parent's NYE party for a couple of hours and instead spent the whole freakin' night there! I finally texted him around 11:40pm and said, "WTF?" He came home just in time to hold me as I cried myself to sleep. I was depressed and I felt DH should have done a better job keeping me company. Doesn't he know he's supposed to read my freakin' mind!
Mine spent a good amount of the day, yesterday, speaking in horrid accents.
Haha! That's awesome!
My DH threw a fit yesterday about going out for NYE. We had made plans with these friends months ago, and I didn't really want to go out anymore either since I wouldn't be drinking or going outside while they smoked (they smoke and I don't, but I would go outside and chat while they were) but I follow through with my commitments. He made a big deal about how it would be mostly girls and he had to work today (um, he didn't have to be at work until 10am this morning!) So I gave him a guilt trip and he went, and then he ended up having a great time.
I swear, this is the story of my life--he should just do whatever I say, because I know what is good for him!
Mine bought a duck randomly at the store last night, and then sat it on a tray in front of me uncooked and said that'sen what he wanted...note, we've never had duck before. I spend a few hours tending to it and cook it just as it is supposed to be... and guess who isn't that big of a fan? DH. Remember, I have 12 stitches in my wrist and I'm up to my elbows in duck fat from trying to carve it apart seeing I've never done it, hurt like a beeyotch.
Can you make me something else, he says? No. I just spent hours making you what you asked for. So I got him some condiments and he ate it and I felt pretty crappy about it. I didn't think it was bad at all...but he should have thought about that before insisting that I cook it right now for him..
I later made brownies because I wanted them, I went to the bathroom and most of them were gone....I felt sad and then went to drink a bottle and a half of champagne.

I love duck but I'm not very experienced with cooking them either. The first time I roasted one I could not for the life of me tell which side was back and which was breast! But yeah, I would have done just like you and made DH eat what I'd cooked (and what he professed to want in the first place!).
I just had a chat w/ DH about moving a bunch of furniture around and cleaning out some stuff in the basement. I love that the first thing he says is, in a somewhat panicked tone, "You want to get all of that done THIS weekend?" It's so not that much work, and of course I would end up doing 7/8ths of it. God forbid he spend one hour getting organized and sorting through his mountains of krap!
Mine is plopped down on the couch in the basement watching football. He sets up two extra tvs on Saturdays so he can watch multiple games. But he did take care of the dog all morning so i could sleep in! Good DH!

I'm guessing you have cable...our Direct TV you can do it all at once on one screen... That's hardcore football watching. My DH isn't into sports, fortunately.
Yay for DH taking care of the puppy

We're both being lazy and watching football. It's going to be a quiet day in our house!

Because of the great "Snow"vember of 2015, my medicated cycle was cancelled. However, we were blessed with our little rainbow baby due on 8/14/15! Baby J had other plans and decided to make his grand ole entrance on 7/4/2015!
Surprise! Our little girl entered this world on 12/8/2016 after her eviction notice was long past due. Our little turkey baby turned into a snow baby!

Holy heck!!! If my DH ever talked to me that way or expected me to do that crap I would go crazy on him!!! Seriously.
If he put something in front of me and told me he wanted me to cook it, I would laugh at him and walk away. If he sees something he wants to try at the grocery - he'd better darn well be prepared to cook it himself.
If, after cooking something he very nicely requested, he then asked me to cook him something else - he would be wearing the d@mn duck!!!!! This would never, ever happen at my house. You are far too kind my dear.

DH and I are arguing over ceiling tiles. I told him 2 years ago when we started this renovation project what I wanted to use as ceiling tiles and they are now too expensive. GRRRRRRR
Re: **Shlt My Spouse Does Saturday**
haha, What???!! This literally has me laughing with the weirdest look of confusion on my face.
Mine is currently in bed, nursing his hangover. I will be doing a McDonald's run for him soon, as that is the ultimate hangover remedy.
British, Irish, Scottish, etc. We watched Boondock Saints. Whenever we watch a movie where someone speaks with an accent, he'll do it too.

You are right, I am very forgiving and very kind (as snarky as I seem on TTCAL) and hate to make anyone unhappy unless it is me...
