I took them at Chestnut Hill Hospital. You might want to check with the hospital where you will deliver.

There is also a prenatal yoga class offered at City Fitness at 2nd and Spring Garden, through Inner Bliss Yoga, on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.  I haven't been yet but I'm a member of the gym and I met the instructor, who is also pregnant!  Good luck!

Hi there!  I just went to one at Yoga on Main in Manayunk the other night and liked it a lot.  Was also thinking of checking out the class at Yoga Garden in Narberth to see which one I prefer.

There is prenatal yoga at Green Life Yoga near Ridge and Hermatige.  Never went but had great intentions!
