Just moved to the city

and found out we are pregnant.  we have heard about understaffed childcare in the city and long waiting lists so we are beginning our search....

we live in fishtown area but i work at the airport.  so anything in between could work almost.

is there any recommendations or any website that might have a good listing on places that offer infant care?  everything i've found on google isn't for infant care

also, does anyone have a nanny for a comparable price to daycare?  we are thinking of this route.
