would i like a linen wrap?

there's a well-made, beautifully dyed DIY linen wrap on FSOT for $30 (3.8meters).

the action shots look promising....

what do you think, ladies? a fun "starter" wrap to see if i  really do feel the "woven love"? or save my money for a "real" woven?

Re: would i like a linen wrap?

  • I made a linen RS and I LOVE it!  It's soft, supple, and supportive.  I say give it a shot, and if you don't like it as a wrap you can get it slingified.

  • I would think a pure linen wrap would be pretty diggy- it'd be supportive enough though! I love it in a RS, but there's something about the weave of a true woven that just has a hard time being found in the fabric store.

  • I have a DIY stripey linen-type fabric wrap that's probably somewhere around a 6 I think that you can borrow to see if you like it. It wrapped well enough for me and was supportive, but like pp said, pretty diggy.
