Anyone return things to TRU without receipt?
I have a birthday present for my daughter I'd like to return, but I don't have a receipt. I don't see anything on their website that says they allow a return without a receipt.

Ours wouldn't let us! We had some words with the manager until finally they took it back. She said it was policy not to accept returns without a receipt unless you had the credit card with which it was purchased so they could look it up.
They ended up taking it back b/c we convinced them it was an Imaginarium brand product, which only they sell! It was an awful experience and I really don't think we have gotten anything from there since.
