Okay, I changed the picture, but now it's huge. Please help the computer-stupid. 

How do I make it smaller?

I say leave it as is because it makes me laugh. Big pupp-eh! Honestly, I'm no help because I fail at changing a siggy, that's why mine will probably never change.

i forget what options are.. but around 640 by something is probably appropriate.. or i always use email size if that is an optioin

Definitely start a photobucket account. You may or may not have to click a green button that says "upload now." You'll get a page that says Upload to Photobucket; in tiny blue writing it says "customize your upload options." This is where you choose what size you want. It's actually best to upload it the size you want, because I've never had success editing the size later.

Once you save your option there, click Select Photos/videos. Once it uploads, save it. It will take you to the picture. To put a pic in your siggy, copy and paste the HTML code into your siggy. To put a pic in a post/thread, copy and paste the direct link, click on the tiny tree next to the smiley face (in the compose box) and paste in the first field.
