3 month old with cold....

My DD has had this cold for sometime now. Any suggestions on how I can help her feel somewhat better. I have done the saline drops and cool room but she now has this duck sounding cough. Thanks

    Things that always help us: elevate the crib mattress (we put a large folded blanket under one end so the mattress is almost at a 40ish degree angle), cool mist vaporizer, saline drops.

    I'm not sure if she's old enough, but Baby Vick's is great and Johnson's makes a baby bath that's got eucalyptus in it (green bottle) that is soothing. Check the ages on it though.

    If the cough persists I'd take her to the doctor though. The seal cough is croup, so just listen for that.

    Not that I have too much experience in this area but...  Maybe also stand in the bathroom with the hot shower running - let her breathe the steam?  Agree with PP on all suggestions.  And do consult her doctor, a phone call can't hurt.  Good luck and hope she feels better soon :)
