I am glad you asked!  I don't even know the difference!

Some babies are sensitive to the serged edge so T&T are gentler on the skin. I currenty only have serged and haven't had a problem. I have some T&T on the way and I'm interested to see how the fit and bulk changes.

I have both and i like them equally. I won't not buy a diaper because it has one or the other.  Like pp said some babies are sensitive to the serging rubbing their legs and tummy, but dd doesn't seem to mind.

I like both.  I am trying to stick with more turned & topstitched though b/c DD has quite chubby thighs & I've read that serged can irritate chubby legs as a baby gets bigger.

I like both but I slightly prefer T&T because I hate when the serging gets snagged or loose. I have some older GMs (bought used) and the serging is loose. Also, I like the new T&T GMs more than the serged because she redesigned them to be bigger and we get a better fit with them. But, I wouldn't not buy a diaper that I liked because its serged. KWIM? :)
