Hi Ladies, I found this website listed as a resource for sleep tracking in my copy of Healthy Sleep Habits... It looks like you can use it to keep track of all sorts of things! When you sign up, they give you 14 days of their premium service, and convert you to their free basic service at the end - there's no credit card required to sign up. I don't know what the difference is, but I think I saw that the premium service was only $4 per month.
I know how valuable it was for me to track my girls sleep early on, and I truly think it helped us to reach that holy grail of 12 hours of uninterrupted sleep by the time they were 3 months adjusted.
