So L has another ear infection. The last antibiotic tore her up. So we changed to a different one this time. But it is causing the same issue. The pediatrician said to try mega flora but it's at whole foods. Is there anywhere else I could find it?

No idea about Megaflora but we use Florastor and it works great. I buy it at a local family owned drug store- you may want to try one of these near you... they tend to have more useful options than the typical Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid.
I've used Culturelle Probiotics for DD and they worked great. They are capsules so you just break them open and mix with food or juice/milk. You can get them at Publix and if you go to culturelle.com they have a $2 off coupon. HTH.
Re: Megaflora probiotic - where to find?
I've had luck with BioGaia. Target pharmacy carries it behind the counter.
