Single Parents
my divorce...
so I filed my own divorce decree proposal and custody plan after firing my attny since she wasn't doing her job... I feel the judge did not even look at mine 
My plan:
- son with me every M, Th, F (during the day) and every other weekend fri 6pm-sun 6pm
- son with exh every tue and wed (his off days) and every other wknd as above
debt shared...and me being residential parent for all purposes
His plan:
- rotating schedule...like one week i have son mon 9am till wed 9am... and then him wed 9 am till fri 9am...then me fri 9am till mon 9am...then his dad mon 9am till wed 9am...and keeps going like that
- him to be residential parent for school (cuz he wants son to go to the school he went to)
- released from all marital debt
well the judge gave him everything he wanted... i feel it was cuz i didn't have an attny
i have lost my job, half of my child support now, gained a 6,000 loan, a 2200 credit card debt, and yet he is the one who cheated, got her pg on purpose last fall, got engaged already, and makes like $24/hr... def unfair
anyhow, just wanted to share the details with you ladies

She had a really bad attorney then fired them afterwards. She wants to appeal it.
