Newsletter article regarding our adoption

Our agency wants us to write an article for the newsletter. I'm having the hardest time with this letter. Has anyone else written one and what did you say? Any ideas? I think once I start it will be a breeze but just getting started I'm completely stumped. Thanks!

    Did you read the newsletter before?  Would it be helpful to talk about the waiting process (challenges/triumphs), then how things came together for the match, and lastly building the new family and how you are including the birth family?

    I think this way you can be relate-able (is that a word?) to waiting potential adoptive families, new families and birth families.

     

    Good luck with the writing, starting is always the hardest part.
