the joy of picking a car seat

So we had a Graco for DD when she was born, HATED it, it had 2 separate recalls and the company was turds about sending us the stuff to fix it. So we threw it out. anyways, I am in need of a new carseat for baby #2 and was wondering if anyone has the Safety first air ride infant car seat? if so what do you think, or my 2nd choice is a chicco car seat, either way I am looking on spending around 150-170 dollars, let me know your opinions, going to BRU this weekend.

We got our Graco second hand and Graco never sent me an accessory that I ordered and then wouldn't return my emails/phone calls. I'd love to boycott all their stuff but it doesn't make sense to trash the car seat at this point. I'd love a Chicco though, if SIL hadn't given us her Graco I'd have gone for a Chicco in a heartbeat. They are so much easier to slide into the base than the Graco IMO. They are also a top rated seat. Maybe something will accidentally happen to my Graco in storage and we'll have to get a new seat...

I just got the chicco keyfit 30 and can't wait for LO to use it, I have only heard awesome things about it...bought it at BBB and used a 20% off coupon, came out to 155 or something
