Since the weather has been a little chilly lately (got down to low 30's on Tues & Wed night) and my usual walks to the park were not going to happen, I decided to go to IKEA to return an item and walk around with the boys (I left my toddler at g-ma's). While i'm maneuvering the DSNG and trying to get out the box from the DSNG basket to return it, 3 men came up to me to help! Later, as i'm standing in line to get a little lunch and trying to maneuver the DSNG with one hand, everyone offered help, not to mention one who offered to hold my tray (WOW!)...as I was paying, another lady got up from her table and asked if she could help me with anything and then proceeded to fill up my glass with soda. As I was searching for a table to sit and eat, a father asked if he could take either the tray or push the stroller until I found a table....all day this was happening! and all day I was getting nice comments like "you're doing a great job mama" or " God bless you and your LO's". A far cry from the "oh you poor thing" or "you sure do have your hands full"!
It's just nice to see that nice people still do truly exist in this world. )
