Kids with one nap...what time?

When my daughter was at one nap it was a little late which I know wasnt typical (2-4).  For those of you whose kids take 1 nap - what time?  Today my son only took 1 and it was 10-12.  A little early I think. (I tried to get him down again at 3:30 and no go).

 

Just wondering what is average.  11-1?  12-2? 1-3?  Thanks!

Actually, 2-4 isn't that out of the question for us.  Usually he'll go down from 1:30pm-4pm.  He wakes up around 8:30am, though.

DD wakes up in the morning around 9:30am. Naps from 2-4pm (average) and goes to bed at night at 9pm.

Either 1-3 or 1:30-3:30.  Bedtime around 7:30/8:00.  Wake up around 7:00/7:30 a.m.

DS wakes up for the day at around 9:30 these days. He'll go down around 1/1:30 for nap and will sleep for about 2 hours, sometimes 3.

We try for 1-2:30/3 ish.  When we are on our usual daycare schedule that's what works, but since we've been on break the last 2 weeks it's all screwed up.  

Daycare tries to get them to nap from 11:30-(?)1ish.  I know the 11:30 part, but since DD is rarely in daycare in the afternoon I don't know what time they wake up.

 This is exactly us on non daycare days...except he goes to be at more like 10-11 pm.  On daycare days he doesn't get to sleep in this late, so he goes to bed earlier (9-10) and takes more than one nap a day, because he is not getting his 12 hours at night.

1-3 or 4. Sometimes 1230 if she is melting down. But around 930 or 10 she always looks like she could take a nap...I just try to push her til after lunch or else the afternoon is really hard on her. DD goes to bed around 6:30 or 7 and wakes around 7.

Depends on when she wakes up. If she 'sleeps in' until 8:00 she can make it to 1:00ish (right after lunch), but if she wakes up too early she needs a late morning nap (by 9:00 or 10:00) then she doesn't really take an afternnon nap.

DD usually has lunch around noon and then goes down for a nap around 12:40ish. She normally sleeps 1-3.

DD wakes around 9:30/10am usually (sometimes earlier, sometimes later).

Naps around 2/3pm until 4/5pm.

Bedtime around 8/9pm, but usually doesn't actually fall asleep until about 10pm.

Typically she wakes up around 7am, and goes down for her nap between 10 and 11am and sleeps for 2 hours on average. We just have a late lunch when she wakes up. It works well because I'm so not a morning person and DD2 is a night owl and sleeps late so I usually get a break while they're both sleeping and we all are rested and have energy to get out in the afternoons

DD takes one nap and its pretty early..between 10:30 and 11.  If I try to put her down later in the afternoon she is a total crank the rest of the day, for some reason she does better if she sleeps until 12:30 or 1 (sometimes 1:30) and then stays up the rest of the day until 8 when she goes to bed.  DH fought me on this forever and told me to push it until after lunch time and all it took was one day of being home with her when I tried that and he told me never mind and she can nap whenever works for her lol.  When DD first started napping early like that and I tried to put her down for another afternoon nap it was always a no go for us as well...I figure if she will sleep better and longer earlier then why change it?..if she has to nap after lunch for some reason its never a long enough nap and we're all miserable.
