most disturbing thing happened today
Thank God me or the kids did not find this...
When dh came home today he found a dead rabbit in our garage. It was at the bottom of the stairs that lead into the house. The strange thing is we have no idea how it got there. We live in MA and since it is so cold here we always close the garage as soon as we back out. It wasn't there when dh left this morning and the door was closed all day. I guess it got in some time when we opened the door.
So sad...poor bunny.

Oooh, I hate that kind of thing.
A few months ago one of our kids spotted something in the front yard from the window. It was a dead/bloody rabbit. It looked like an animal got to it. Blech! Luckily they didn't realize what it really was. I just want to know what animal was in our front yard killing it!
my kids got a "circle of life" lesson a few weeks ago....
a squirel fell off a tree, hit our fence and died....
I kept telling my DH to get rid of it...he didn't....so a few days later a hawk came and would feast on it every morning for the next 2 or 3 days until it was light enough to carry away....it was DISGUSTING!!!
