I am interested in this new workout (https://purebarre.com). They have studio locations around the US (& even one opening near my city) but I am wondering if anyone has either attended a class or used their DVD's. It seems to be an awesome workout with ballet fundamentals & modern concepts of yoga & pilates in it. If you have, do you suggest it?
I was doing Pure Barre before I got pregnant. It was a great new workout to work into my regular routine. It wasn't something though that I could see myself doing all the time, more of a one-time a week sort of thing to mix things up. It can get a little pricey.
I did PB pretty regularly about a year ago for a few months. If you're looking for something different and challenging, it's a good workout. You will definitely feel the burn. I agree, not a workout I would do all the time.
